Organizational Structure and Management

BHCH Foundation is overseen by a stable Board of Trustees in Nepal, which has provided strong leadership and continuity since the organization's inception. The Nepal Board is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the school and making decisions regarding the welfare of students and staff. In addition to the Nepal Board, we have a dedicated team of supporters in Switzerland, led by our founder Marlies Kornfeld. The Swiss Board plays a vital role in raising funds for the school, and they work closely with the Nepal Board to ensure that resources are allocated effectively to meet the needs of the students. Over the years, additional support has come from donors in Germany, allowing us to expand and enhance our programs for the most disadvantaged children in Nepal.
